pig in the middleUnhappy in our jobs, we decided to try and make a go of our own business. Food is the only thing we know, so we decided to make lots of different things and try and sell them at a local market. The Sausage rolls were one of the things we decided to make (Thankfully!) and they flew out. It was clear there was going to be a demand for our delicious sausage rolls, and thus Pig In The Middle was born. We spent the remainder of the year developing the product and learning the ropes.

Since then Pig In The Middle has grown massively. We are very proud of our business and products. We travel the Country all year round and love to meet all of our lovely loyal customers, and hope you do too!

We handmake all of our products, yes, even the pastry, believe it or not! Our sausage meat is all free range and boasts a huge 80% meat content. So far we have managed to come up with 15 different sausage rolls and 5 vegetarian rolls. We have various other different product ideas so watch this space for new, innovative food creations!
