We are delighted to be welcoming Living History Group A Moment in Time to the Sandringham Food and Drink Festival where they will be demonstrating in fascinating detail how food was cooked in years gone by.
Watch how bread is made – without an electric bread maker! – and taste their amazing Beer Soup.
They will also be demonstrating how meat was cooked over an open fire and answering questions about their particular historical eras.
And I suspect they will also be able to tell some tales of the more gross eating habits that used to be popular…
